Comments: Very professional family owned business. Followed up after to make sure my radon meter was still showing improved readings. Prior to their visit we had readings as high as 7.89 pCi/L. After we are running from 0.35 to 0.56 pCi/L. The family and I are very happy to know we are safe in our basement for once.

Comments: Ed was professional, accommodating and prompt. We were delighted that he answered our call promptly during a holiday weekend when all other companies were unavailable. He proceeded to install a masterful , complicated and effective mitigation system in an old house for a reasonable price, thus reducing the radon level to below the EPA recommended level. Thank you!. Poor Connections badly sealed up with caulk and non-code compliant electrical connections. After installation was complete, I requested another test be done for level improvements, he agreed for a 48 hour reading, he came back the next day( under 24 hours) to pick up his unit. I received an assessment later that day explaining that I had gone from an average of 27 to 2, I feel that is inaccurate because it was sucking air from my garage, not my basement, due to poor connections. The builder of my home provided a 2â conduit from my sump pit for radon, Radon Mitigation Masters told me it all needed to be run in 4â , after reviewing his work, I noticed he ran 3â . I feel like Iâ ve been duped out of $1300.00 and now I will be re-doing the work performed with additional cost. I wish I could upload pictures of the installation. I would not recommend this company.Your Comments:

Radon Mitigation masters returned my call within 10 minutes. It was very refreshing. He was able to come out the same week and install the unit.
